This article explore about a tutorial for give transparent color for any object or component like Label, Button, Date Picker, Card View, etc. in Android application using Kodular. Sometimes, any object give a few transparent color witch caused by background color in Screen the same color on Android application.
Object is meaning to UI component (User Interface) which is very important in designing Android application that can produce an Android application product that is attractive and pleasing to the eye of application users.
This is done in order to produce a UI display of the Android application that is pleasing to the eye or view by application users because it selects transparency colors for several objects such as buttons, buttons for selecting the date of birth, layouts give images (usually making learning media applications).

THE MAIN BLOCK PROGRAM
This program block is called Make Color. The program block consists of 4 lists which each have their respective functions to determine the level of red (R), green (G), blue (B), and transparency (A). How to read this list from top to bottom as follows:
- List 1 = R
- List 2 = G
- List 3 = B
- List 4 = A
If you don’t give transparency to a certain object, then you can give a value of “0” in list 4.
THE EXAMPLE OF BLOCK PROGRAM
You can see of two image below to example from Make Color block program. You can give value between 0 up to 255 for transparance color level. The higher value of the transparency level, more transparent color for Object.
THE MINI EXAMPLE
- First, background color on Submit button is gray while blank form data in the application. After, you fill form data, so background color of button changed become green.
- First, two button is True and False which they have background color is Black on you not fill answer from exercise yet. After, you fill a answer, so two background color of each button changed become green for True button and False Button.
- You give value transparent color of button, label, Date Timer Picker, any object or UI component while the screen or activity is given a Picture as background.
CONCULSION
You can give transparent color to several object or UI component on Android application which produces a good and attractive appearance for user. You can do it in the Kodular. You can add 1 list to the list block program which used for give a color with transparent level to the Make Color of Block Program.
